Amy Winehouse Cancels Her Tour Dates
In a not-so-shocking move, Amy Winehouse cancled her upcoming August appearances. Although she reportedly plans to go through with her U.S. tour and an appearance at the MTV Video Awards in September, the soul singer will not be doing the V Festival this weekend.
“Amy Winehouse is putting all her touring commitments for this month on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues,” representative Tracey Miller tells People.
“Amy will now not be performing at this weekend’s V Festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire [England],” Miller added. “Her family has requested that the media respect Amy’s privacy at this time. There will be no further comment.”
