Dallas Cowboys tickets top ticket search engine list of popular NFL teams

One might think that the Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints, Minnesota Vikings or San Diego Chargers – currently the four teams to lock up the top four seeds for the upcoming NFL playoffs – would also be the teams fans would be searching most for ticket deals on the secondary market.
Yet, the honor of the NFL's most sought-after secondary market tickets goes to the Dallas Cowboys, according to the ticket search engine Web site FanSnap.
"We took a look at the playoff teams to see who had the hottest tickets and we were a bit surprised by the results," said FanSnap spokesperson Christian Anderson. "The Saints and Vikings weren’t even in the top 5. The Dallas Cowboys took the top spot."
The Cowboys are traditionally one of the NFL's most popular teams, and in addition to making the playoffs again, the team moved into a new billion-dollar stadium this season.
Following the Cowboys and Colts, the next three teams in the Top 5 were the Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots. The Eagles and Patriots have assured playoff spots, but the Steelers are still on bubble heading into their final regular season game on January 3.
Super Bowl tickets are currently being offered at an average price of between $1,800 and $3,000 per ticket, according to FanSnap.

The ten people that visit their site daily and found that five people looked for Cowboys tickets and the other five were split between the other teams? They don't have definitive data on consumer purchasing patterns. They've been live for less than a year and most of that time they were talking about what their site will be one day. THEY HAVE A ZERO PAGE RANK. Who even makes it to their site to "shop" for tickets? Try a Google search for Cowboys tickets and see where they lie. Not on page one. All they have is a confusing site with extremely limited inventory. What kind of industry wide "search engine ticket site" is that? They are going nowhere and a complete JOKE. Plain and simple.
