After a brief hiatus following a hugely successful world tour, The Who will return to North America for a very limited number of engagements starting October 21 in Detroit, MI. The Live Nation promoted tour has nine shows on the books so far concluding on November 9 in Los Angeles.
Rock innovators and original members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey will be joined on stage by John ‘Rabbit’ Bundrick on keyboard, Pino Palladino on bass, Zak Starkey on drums and Simon Townshend on guitar and vocals. This is the same line up that supported The Who on their 2006/2007 tour that enjoyed incredible critical and box office success.
There will be an exclusive two-day presale opportunity for WHOLIGANS, or members of The Who Fan Club, prior to the general on sale. Show tickets and exclusive VIP packages will be available to fan club members only during this time. For more information visit their website.
The tour follows VH1’s tribute to The Who at "VH1 Rock Honors: The Who," which premiered on July 17.
