The All-American Rejects will soon kick off their Kids In The Streets national tour. The tour is set to begin on August 8 in Costa Mesa, CA at the Orange County Fair and is scheduled to wrap up on August 30 in Lake Charles, LA at the L’Auberge du Lac Casino Resort.

The group has recently been on their international tour. According to PR Newswire, the All-American Rejects have been touring with Blink-182 on their international tour and playing at European festivals.

“After spending summer overseas, we’re looking forward to coming home and having a little fun this August playing… Couldn’t ask for a better summer vacation,” All-American Rejects’ Nick Wheeler stated in Pollstar.

The All-American Rejects are touring in support of their most recent album “Kids In The Streets.” The album was released on March 26. According to PR Newswire, the album was produced by Greg Wells who has also worked with top artists such as Adele, One Republic, and Katy Perry.

The music video for “Walk Over Me,” the second single off “Kids in the Streets,” was released on Jun 27 on RollingStone.com. “This video is 5,312 pictures that Jon Danovic the director, myself, our friends, and some sweet people we found on Craigslist.com animated together to marry a song about losing your mind,” All-American Rejects singer, Tyson Ritter explained in Rolling Stone.

The All-American Rejects formed in 1999 in Stillwater, OK. The group is comprised of lead singer and bassist, Tyson Ritter, drummer, Chris Gaylor, guitarist, Nick Wheeler, and rhythm guitarist Mike Kennerty. They have produced four studio albums, including “Move Along,” which includes the Top 10 hit “Dirty Little Secret,” and their platinum self-titled debut, which included their hit single “Swing Swing.” According to PR Newswire the band has “sold more than 4 million albums and 16 million singles worldwide.”

Touring with the All-American Rejects will be Eve 6 for all of their shows except those at Eugene, OR on August 17 and Kansas City, MO on August 24. The band will be promoting their most recent album “Speak in Code.” Eve 6 had originally separated in 2004, according to their official website, but has gotten back together releasing their fourth studio album. “Speak in Code,” which was released on April 24, 2012 marked the band’s first time working with the label “Fearless Records.” According to Billboard the album reached the No. 40 position on Billboard 200 and peaked at the No. 10 position on the Alternative Albums chart as well during May 2012.
