Megadeth is a heavy metal band that formed in 1983 by Dave Mustaine. They’ve released twelve studio albums, six live albums, two EPs and three compilations. They won a Genesis Award in 1993 for Doris Day Music Award, and in 2008, Dave Mustaine won a Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for Riff Lord.

Their most recent album “Endgame” was released on September 15, 2009, following the release of this album, they hit the road for a full-length tour in North America and Canada. Megadeth went on a brief tour recently with Slayer and performed a few shows for Canada.
