Ticket Summit to begin today in New York City
The Ticket Summit® conference and trade show begins its 2012 winter conference this afternoon, January 18, at The Waldorf=Astoria in New York, NY. Today's schedule includes a TicketNetwork® Point-of-Sale Training session, followed by a networking cocktail party in the evening.
Ticket Summit brings together executives from all parts of the ticketing industry. "The ticketing space is one my favorite spaces to work," said Ben Kirshner, CEO of Elite SEM and Ticket Summit speaker, "and I'm excited to meet all the players [at Ticket Summit]."
The executive director of Ticket Summit, Dr. Molly A. Mérez, encourages all members of the ticketing industry to attend the conference and the networking cocktail party. "For live entertainment executives," she said, "Ticket Summit is a must-attend event."
The concurrent trade show opens Wednesday afternoon and continues through 3p.m. EST on Friday, January 20. There will be nearly 20 exhibiting companies, including FanXchange, Primetix, Fan Freedom Project, and others.
Ticket Summit has over 20 sponsors for the New York City event, such as ABC Tickets, Boulder Tickets, Groundlink, Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, Mondial Assistance, and more.
