NCAA criticized over reselling of suites for Final Four

Several luxury suite owners at Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium are angry that their suites have been taken over by the NCAA and are being resold for the 2010 men's college basketball Final Four. According to the Indianapolis Business Journal, the suite owners were notified when they bought their suites that they would not be guaranteed for the Final Four and the 2012 Super Bowl, which is also slated to be played at the Stadium. However, the suite owners are upset that the NCAA is essentially "scalping" the suites, when the college sports group prohibits the scalping of Final Four tickets near the venues the games are played in.
