Ticket scalper allegedly assaulted at Jets/Colts game
A ticket scalper was allegedly assaulted by three men in front of Lucas Oil Stadium Sunday, December 27, before the Indianapolis Colts loss at home to the New York Jets. According to the Indianapolis Star, the scalper had not sold tickets to the men, but the men had allegedly been sold counterfeit tickets to the game. The scalper suffered a bloody nose. Local police were on the lookout for ticket scammers and reportedly issued several citations to people who were trying to resell tickets without a peddler's license.
