Ticketmaster cultivates relationships with brokers on TicketExchange
Ticketmaster's TicketExchange, the company's ticket resale site, has developed relationships with dozens of ticket brokers who resell NFL tickets on the site, according to the Washington Post. The Ticketmaster/broker relationships are something teams are aware of but they they distance themselves from, even though Ticketmaster imposes a service fee on the sales, a portion of which is shared with the team. In addition, the brokers are not allowed to resell tickets for below face value - which may benefit customers looking for bargains or brokers looking to unload unpopular tickets - as a way to protect the profits of team owners.

I believe the subject of the article is "NFL and online ticket brokers have found a working partnership on the league's Web site" not "TICKETMASTER and online ticket brokers have found a working partnership on the league's Web site".
Great reporting once again TicketNews! Way to be a positive influence on the industry!
