Tickets for an upcoming concert from Cher as well as tickets for upcoming NASCAR events are on sale throughout the week ending November 8 as compiled by TicketNews.
The week’s onsales begin with a chance to catch music legend Cher in concert. Tickets for the Las Vegas show went on sale Monday. Also on sale Monday were tickets for Harry Connick Jr.’s upcoming concert in Chicago. In the onsales for this Friday are tickets for an upcoming concert from John Meyer in Los Angeles, as well as tickets to catch rockers Disturbed in concert in Nashville. Rounding out the week’s musical offerings are tickets to the Night 89x Stole Christmas, a radio station sponsored concert to be held in Detroit and featuring alternative rockers Fall Out Boy.
Also on sale this week are tickets to catch several of today’s hottest comics live and in person. Jerry Seinfeld has tickets for his upcoming stop in Louisville on sale Friday. Also in the Friday onsales are tickets to see Cedric the Entertainer in Hammond, IN and Larry the Cable Guy in California.
Finally on sale this week, there are several high profile sporting organizations with tickets to upcoming events. Perennial basketball power house University of Connecticut has tickets to both their men’s and women’s basketball season on sale beginning Thursday. Tickets to catch several upcoming events from the WWE, including shows in South and North Carolina are in the onsales for Friday, while tickets to the WWE’s signature event “Wrestlemania,” to be held this year in Houston, are on sale Saturday. Rounding out the week, tickets to multiple NASCAR events, including two races in Fort Worth, TX, are on sale Wednesday morning.
“Onsales” is a ticketing industry term describing when tickets initially go on sale to the general public. Each week, tickets are released by promoters, venues and others to dozens of events, but the number of tickets available can vary significantly between locations.
