Green Day tour adds second round of shows Down Under
After selling out their Australian concerts in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in less than 30 minutes, Green Day has added second concerts in each city during their December tour to meet fan demand. A second show was also added in Auckland, New Zealand.
The band will now play Brisbane's Entertainment Centre on December 8-9, Sydney's Acer Arena on December 11-12, Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena on December 14-15 and Auckland's Vector Arena on December 18-19
The opening Down Under concert on December 4 at the Burswood Dome in Perth will go on sale soon. The December 6 show at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide is currently on sale.
While the band's anti-scalping measures are still in place where tickets will be held a month before the shows, the limited availability of 300 general admission tickets at designated outlets will not be in place for the second shows.
