Lenny Kravitz tour reschedules Canadian concert
Grammy winning rocker Lenny Kravitz, currently on a Canadian tour, postponed his October 22 concert at Kitchener Memorial Auditorium in Kitchener, ON, because of illness.
In a statement released that morning, tour promoter Live Nation stated: "Lenny Kravitz is very keen to complete his Canadian tour and a rescheduled date for this Kitchener tour date will be announced soon."
The show has now been rescheduled for November 12. Ticket holders are asked to retain their tickets, which will be valid for the new date. Refunds for those unable to attend can be made at the point of purchase. Tickets are still available for the November 12 concert.
This is the second Canadian postponement for Kravitz. A March 24 show at Ottawa's Scotiabank Place was postponed due to bronchitis. However, that show was eventually canceled and rebooked into the John Labatt Centre in London, ON on October 25.
Kravitz remains on tour in Canada through November 17. Looking ahead to 2009, the American rocker already has a tour booked for France and Switzerland in May.
Kravitz's latest album "It Is Time For A Love Revolution" was released in February.
