Miley Cyrus will perform on September 22 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA, a venue representative confirmed to TicketNews.

A single item for "Miley Cyrus Parking" appears for the venue on Ticketmaster, but the event itself has not been officially announced yet in order for Staples Center to work out details on its end, according to the representative.

The date could be part of a much larger announcement from the young television and music star. Her official fan club, Miley World, sent out an e-mail last week notifying members that a "surprise announcement" would be coming from the Cyrus camp by Friday, June 5, but possibly earlier.

In addition to the show in Los Angeles, Cyrus is also booked for at least one more concert on September 29 at EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City, UT.

Cyrus is currently preparing for the July release of the "Hannah Montana 3" soundtrack. According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, Disney Channel has signed on for a fourth season of the "Hannah Montana" series, starring Cyrus.
