Ticket Poster joins rapidly growing ticket uploader market

By Jean Henegan

For brokers using StubHub, there is a new program on the market designed to make uploading ticket data to the marketplace easier and hassle free. Ticketposter.com, a New Jersey based company, has joined the ranks of ticket upload tools designed to allow for a single individual to upload multiple tickets to StubHub in one fell swoop.

Ticket Poster has developed “an automated StubHub program that adds all of your tickets in a .csv file and uploads them to StubHub.” Aimed at brokers who do not qualify for StubHub’s own uploader, the program will allow the upload of multiple tickets, putting an end to having to manually upload individual tickets one at a time. According to Jason Litt, Head of Sales and Co-owner of Ticket Poster, the company’s desire to make a broker’s work easier is what sets the company apart from competition.

“We know what brokers need and we will deliver the tools they need to make their job that much easier. We want brokers to be stronger than ever by making the whole industry stronger. The more exposure on tickets, the more sales there will be, and the more money will be made,” Litt said in an e-mail to TicketNews.

With its new uploader, Ticket Poster is joining a highly competitive and growing segment of the secondary ticket market, which includes companies like ListEasy, Rocket Poster and newly established ticket exchange Ticket Evolution, among others. Ticket Poster charges $80 for its product.

The idea behind Ticket Poster is that “time is money” in the ticketing industry.

“If you are wasting your time listing tickets on StubHub, then how can you research what tickets are going on sale, price changes, etc. Our program can save you hours of work. With concert onsale season coming up, you don't want to waste valuable time listing tickets. That should be the least of your worries,” Litt said. “We know what tools brokers need to help them succeed because we are brokers.”

Ticket Poster is currently expecting to expand their program offerings to other exchanges in the future. According to Litt, “We have many other exciting ideas and programs we will be coming out with to help elevate the industry. This is just the beginning.”
