Top executives leave TicketsNow
TicketNews has learned that several top officials at TicketsNow have left the company in an apparent corporate shakeup, including founder and chairman Mike Domek.
Domek stepped down as CEO of the company last summer, but retained his chairmanship, following the appointment of former Expedia Corporate Travel president Cheryl Rosner as president of TicketsNow. His name/bio is no longer on the TicketsNow website, but when he left the company is unknown.
Also out at the company is chief operating officer/CFO Sridhar Murthy, who was appointed COO just about a year ago. His name/bio is also no longer on the company’s website, and the same goes for Domek’s brother, Joe Domek, who ran TicketsNow’s affiliates program. Murthy's name/bio was listed on the website earlier today but was removed; his exact departure date from the company is unknown, but it is believed he left last week.
At press time, Jennifer Swanson, spokesperson for TicketsNow, had not returned a message seeking confirmation and comment on the status of the employees. No replacements were listed on the website.
Late last month, Ticketmaster completed its $265 million acquisition of TicketsNow, and Ticketmaster said that Rosner and the management team would continue to run the company.
