Following a delay of two days, the NFL finally released the 17-week schedule for the 2013 football season. The season opening game is scheduled for September 5th in Denver, CO, and will feature a match-up between reigning NFL champs, Baltimore Ravens and the Denver Broncos. Week 1 of the season will finish with two Monday Night Football games (September 9), with the Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Redskins and the Houston Texans at San Diego Chargers. The season will come to a close with Super Bowl XLVIII in East Rutherford, N.J., with two teams competing for the Lombardi Trophy in the first game ever played in cold-weather.
