Blondie

Blondie, founded by singer Deborah Harry and guitarist Chris Stein in the 1970s, is an American pop/rock band. The band wasn't well-known in America until their release of the album "Parallel Lines" in 1978. They had a few hit singles over the next few years, but broke up in 1982 after the album "The Hunter".

The group got back together in 1997, touring and performing throughout the world. In 2008, they went on tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of "Parallel Lines". They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the RockWalk of Fame in 2006. They've sold over 40 million records worldwide including their most recent albums "No Exit" and "The Curse of Blondie".
