Cheech & Chong is the American comedy duo comprising Richard "Cheech" Marin and Tommy Chong. The pair rose to fame in the 1970s and '80s with a number of comedy tours and films, most notably their 1978 movie debut "Up in Smoke." Marin and Chong had a falling out in the mid-80s, causing the once-successful partners to pursue separate careers. However, in summer 2008, the men announced plans for an extensive reunion tour of the world. The Light Up America tour started in September 2008 with Chong's wife, Shelby Chong, featured as the opening performing. Steady ticket sales for the late 2008 run led to the addition of more U.S. shows in early 2009, as well as a third round of U.S. dates booked through fall 2009.
Cheech & Chong tour gets 'Legal' in 2010 with more event dates
After a successful reunion tour that spanned 2008 and 2009, comedic partners Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong are restarting their live performance plans.
In early 2010, Cheech and Chong will head out across North America again in 2010 for the new Get It Legal Tour. The duo's next tour leg begins January 16 at Macky Auditorium Concert Hall in Boulder, CO, and is currently booked through April 30 at Bass Performance Hall in Ft. Worth, TX.
Last chance for Leonard Cohen, Cheech & Chong tickets

After earning accolades across the United States and Canada for his exhaustive career-spanning performances, Leonard Cohen will complete his North American tour tonight, June 2, at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. The concert concludes Cohen's first tour of the U.S. in about 15 years, and after a month's rest, he'll be back at it with a new summer tour itinerary in Europe.

Country musician Toby Keith has new tour plans for 2009 coming in the form of the summer America's Toughest Tour. Veteran rocker Billy Squier has his own summer tour booked for June through September. Meanwhile, Underground rapper Tech N9ne launches his spring tour this week, with dates booked through mid-June.
Cheech & Chong tour continues to Light Up America through spring
Iconic comedy duo Cheech & Chong will keep the laughs coming through spring with a fresh round of weekend performances. The Light Up America tour will extend into 2009 with performances from January 15 at Inn of the Mountain Gods in Mescalero, NM, through April 5 at Hard Rock Live in Orlando, FL.
Richard "Cheech" Marin and Tommy Chong have more than 30 stand-up performances booked from coast to coast across North America. Highlights include a January 18 gig at The Pageant in St. Louis, MO, a January 31 show at Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY, a February 20 routine at Northern Lights Theater in Milwaukee, WI, a March 14 set at Majestic Theatre in San Antonio, TX, and an April 4 show at Florida Theatre in Jacksonville, FL.

Cheech & Chong reunite for comedy tour
Cheech & Chong, who broke up in the mid-1980s because of creative differences, are reuniting for a comedy tour this fall to be promoted by Live Nation. Chong's wife and comedy partner, Shelby Chong, will open all dates on the Light Up America tour.
The tour opens on September 12 in Philadelphia, PA at the Tower Theatre, with dates confirmed through December 20 in Denver, CO at the Paramount Theatre with more shows to be announced.
