Gavin DeGraw started his music career on his own, playing in Manhattan clubs and producing his own album in 2001. His music caught the attention of music executives, and by 2003, he had signed with J Records and released “Chariot,” which included hit songs “Follow Through” and “Chariot.” He produced an acoustic version of the album in 2004, following up with a self-titled album in 2008, which reached #7 on U.S. music charts.
In 2007, DeGraw opened The National Underground in New York City with his brother. The venue offers food and drinks as well as live musical performances by up-and-coming artists. Musical guests have included DeGraw, Joss Stone and The Shells. DeGraw’s most recent album, “Free,” was released in March 2009, and in the summer of the same year he embarked on a joint tour with Collective Soul.

Gavin DeGraw tour announces additional U.S. dates
Gavin DeGraw spent his whole summer on the road, hitting big cities and small towns across the U.S., but the singer-songwriter from the Catskills doesn't show any signs of slowing his headlining tour. He recently announced additional dates that will keep the music going through the fall.
