Marilyn Manson, birth name Brian Hugh Warner, was born in January of 1969 in Canton, Ohio. Known for his controversial lyrics and image, he formed his band Marilyn Manson in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the late 1980’s. The band drew a cult following with their first two album releases, “Portrait of an American Family” (1994) and “Smells Like Children” (1995). Three of the band’s albums were awarded platinum certification, three more gold, and three with top ten debuts, two of which stole the number one spot.
In addition to his musical career, Manson also made a number of appearances in the film and television industry. His film career debuted in 1997 when he acted in David Lynch’s “Lost Highway”. Since then he played a number of minor roles and cameos in various movies, including “Party Monster”, “Jawbreaker” (1998), The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things; Rise” (2004), and “The Hire: Beat the Devil”.

Veteran hard rock group KISS has finally announced the itinerary for its upcoming Alive 35 North American Tour. The band first mentioned its plans for a fall tour about four months ago when it asked fans to cast online votes to bring the tour to their city. The virtual voting process is now over, and 40 cities have been marked for concerts.

The weekend onsales begin today with tickets to see rockers AC/DC live in concert. The icon metal band will be performing in Washington DC. Also among the Friday onsales are tickets to the upcoming North American tour from shock rocker Marilyn Manson. Among the concert stops on sale are shows in Toronto, San Diego, and Las Vegas.
Slayer, Marilyn Manson headline second Mayhem Festival
The touring Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival will enter its second year led by headliners Slayer, Marilyn Manson and Bullet For My Valentine (BFMV). The 27-show trek launches July 10 at Sleep Train Amphitheatre in Wheatland, CA, and is scheduled to end August 16 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in San Antonio, TX.
Highlights for the summer-long tour circuit include a July 17 concert at Cricket Wireless Pavilion in Phoenix, AZ, a July 28 event at The Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, ON, an August 7 stop at the Susquehana Bank Center in Camden, JN, and an August 12 show at Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, FL.

Twiggy Ramirez, Marilyn Manson's longtime bassist (1993-2002), has rejoined the group for the 28-date North American leg of Rape of the World Tour and replaces Tim Skold, who recently left.

Marilyn Manson Announces Initial UK Tour Dates
Marilyn Manson will make an eagerly retiurn to the UK this Winter for a new series of live dates in arena venues.
Just four shows will be held in December, starting in London on the 5th and followed by further nights in Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The show will be a chance for fans to hear material from the recent new album Eat Me, Drink Me.
Marilyn Manson and Slayer Announce Tour Dates
MARILYN MANSON and SLAYER have announced that they will co-headline a North American major-market summer tour beginning on July 25 on the East Coast.
Plans are for a rumored twenty-five city tour and wrap up early September on the West Coast. The following dates have been leaked so far:

Aug. 31 - Houston, TX @ Reliant Arena
