There are collaborative tours for all tastes this season, from heavy to light rock. Thrash metal veterans Megadeth and Slayer are teaming up for their first shows together in about 15 years. Four dates are booked on the appropriately named Canadian Carnage tour. Meanwhile, for those who prefer their music a bit more soothing, Collective Soul and Gavin DeGraw have announced their own 12-show partnership this summer.
Tori Amos tour takes 'Sinful Attraction' across North America
Eclectic and eccentric alt-rock musician Tori Amos will be back behind the piano this summer as she promotes her latest studio album. The Sinful Attraction tour will hit 26 cities in the United States and Canada as it completes a coast-to-coast circuit.
The trek launches July 10 at WaMu Theater in Seattle, WA, and closes August 17 at the Bank of America Pavilion in Boston, MA. Highlights of the trek include a July 13-14 stand at Paramount Theatre in Oakland, CA, a July 21 stop at the Paramount Theatre in Denver, CO, and an August 3 performance at Chicago Theatre in Chicago, IL.

Tori Amos Announces World Tour

Tori Amos will launch a world tour May 28 in support of her forthcoming album “American Doll Posse,” according to her website Toriamos.com. U.S. dates have yet to be announced, but the tour will begin in Rome, Italy, at the Teatro Sistina followed by shows in Florence and Milan on the 30th and 31st.
