Trivium formed in 1999 in Orlando, Florida. They’ve released four studio albums, eleven singles, and twelve music videos. They’ve been a part of major music festivals including Ozzfest and the Download Festival. They spent the summer of 2009 on stage for the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival.
Trivium recently finished up their touring campaign for the release of their fourth studio album “Shogun” which was released in September 2008. The effort earned the band its highest position on the Billboard 200 with a debut at number 23. They also launched their own headlining tour called “Into the Mouth of Hell We Tour” starting in September and ends December 2009, touring the U.S. and Canada.
Trivium tour ventures into 'Mouth of Hell' for late 2009 dates
After spending the summer on stage with the traveling Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival, the Florida-based heavy metal band Trivium is ready to launch its own headlining venture for North America.
The lengthy "Into the Mouth of Hell We Tour" schedule kicks off with a September 11 concert at The Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale, NY, and concludes December 13 at Club Firestone in Orlando, FL. The 63-date itinerary spans three months and hits markets from coast-to-coast across the United States and Canada.

First there was Chickenfoot and now another bird-named supergroup is on the music scene and stirring up a great deal of media hype. Them Crooked Vultures is the side-project of Queens of the Stone Age's frontman Josh Homme, Nirvana and Foo Fighters musician Dave Grohl, and Led Zeppelin's bassist John Paul Jones. The trio has announced plans for inaugural tours of the U.S. and UK, which are set to begin this fall.

Singer-songwriter Ray LaMontagne will support his 2008 album "Gossip in the Grain" with a third U.S. tour leg this fall. The 11-date outing will offer backing from a symphony orchestra on select dates, as well as various charitable and environmentally conscious options for ticket buyers as presales start this week.
Trivium tours U.S. before joining Slayer in Europe
Heavy metal rockers Trivium, from Orlando, FL, have teamed up with All That Remains, a metalcore outfit from Springfield, MA, for a six-week, co-headlining fall tour of the U.S. The club and theater tour kicks off September 9 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, finishing up October 19 in Charlotte, NC. Supporting acts are 36 Crazyfists and The Human Abstract.
In a post on Trivium's Web site, guitarist Corey Bealieu wrote, "We have toured a few times with All That Remains, in fact one of our very first tours four years ago was with All That Remains, so it's going to be fun to hit the road again with them."
