Beginning July 16th at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Ticket Summit® will present a host of diverse panels featuring industry experts and compelling speakers. “Rev Up Your SEO!” will kick off the conference at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, following Oscar B. Goodman’s welcome speech. This panel on search engine optimization (SEO), an integral part of all current businesses, will bring listeners up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, its evolution, and ways to better implement marketing strategies. One of the key speakers is Christopher Majeske, who is responsible for business development for Event Tickets Center, one of the world’s largest resale ticket marketers. He has ten years’ experience at TicketNetwork®, managing the Private Label program there, and is very well-versed in ecommerce, sales, search marketing, and advertising.

Another great panel you won’t want to miss on Thursday, July 17th is “Ticketing Bundles and Distribution” presented by speakers from ScoreBig, LivingSocial, and GrouponLive. These types of daily deal sites are becoming increasingly popular, and their bundles are revolutionizing ticketing for live events. Greg Rudin, Vice President and General Manager of GrouponLive (a partnership between Groupon on Live Nation Entertainment), will speak about the ways these sites impact the ticket industry. Alex Michael, General Manager of Entertainment at LivingSocial, will also share his expertise on finding exclusive ticket offers from sports and music producers across the United States.

On the last day of the conference, July 18th, I recommend “PPC Tips and Tricks,” a discussion on pay-per-click advertising. Mike Lorenc, Head of Industry for Ticketing and Live events at Google, Inc., will share his knowledge of strategic initiatives in marketing, sales, and business development, bringing to the table his experience will two hugely reputable companies – Google and AOL Time Warner. Shane Ryans, Vice President of Search Marketing at PPC Professionals, will also speak about internet marketing and ways to optimize performance via Google AdWords and Analytics.
