Country crooner Tim McGraw has at least six solid months of touring ahead of him in 2010, according to the performer’s extensive North American itinerary.

The Southern Voice Tour kicks off February 11 at the Qwest Center in Omaha, NE, and concludes August 15 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Virginia Beach, VA. More than 50 dates have already been confirmed across the United States and Canada, with details on a few additional performances still forthcoming.

Highlights include shows on February 26 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY; March 25 at General Motors Place in Vancouver, BC; April 10 at New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA; May 22 at Rose Garden Arena in Portland, OR; June 12 at the Superpages.com Center in Dallas, TX; July 9 at Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ; and August 7 at Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, ON.

Ticket pricing and sale information has not yet been announced, but will be updated on McGraw’s official Web site as it becomes available. Presales will also be offered to his official fan club, McGrawFan.com.

McGraw will be accompanied by his backing band, the Dancehall Doctors, with main support provided by Lady Antebellum. Two acts will also switch off opening duties during the lengthy run, starting with The Lost Trailers from February 11 to April 10, and Love And Theft stepping in from April 11 through August 15.

The country musician is touring behind his tenth studio album, “Southern Voice,” released on October 20. The effort is a follow-up to April 2007’s “Let It Go,” which debuted atop the Billboard 200.
