Tim Fraser

Tim Fraser, contributing writer to TicketNews, primarily focuses his attention to the world of sports and its never ending storyline. Tim writing experience was enriched at the University of Connecticut, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism. He worked in the field of customer service for 7 years before starting at TicketNetwork, where he began writing a weekly column for TicketNews in November 2007. Topics he has researched and written about include the NBA, NHL, and MLB among others. Tim will be working as part of the Ticket Summit 2008 team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Born and raised in Willimantic, Connecticut, Tim always had an interest in sports especially local teams like the UConn Huskies, Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and Boston Celtics. From the time he can remember he has wanted to surround himself with sports and writing was a perfect avenue. In his time studying at University of Connecticut he learned under writers from The Hartford Courant, Providence Journal and Norwich Bulletin.

In addition to writing for TicketNews, he also writes for TicketNetwork.com and prepares a weekly newsletter for the company's call center.
