U2 kicks off huge 360 Tour in front of 90,000 in Barcelona

Rock icons U2 launched their highly anticipated 360 Tour in front of a crowd of 90,000 in Barcelona this week. The show features one of the largest concert stages ever built for a rock tour, and the band will visit 31 cities throughout Europe and North America this year. Additional dates are expected for 2010.

U2 BOUGHT CARBON CREDITS TO OFFSET WHAT DAMAGE THEY WILL BE DOING
BUT MAL DOESNT BOTHER TO MENTION THAT
please enlighten us with details on their offsets... the band and their PR firm aren't talking about it..
from the Belfast Telegraph- "U2’s PR agency RMP did not return a request asking if the band were buying carbon offsets to contribute towards the damage of their enormous emissions."

Next time do a little more fact checking on these things,I think your post was just an attempt to slag off the band and I'm sure even if you knew that the band had taken steps to counteract their carbon footprint,you wouldn't have mentioned it anyway
