Following sold out shows in the UK and Australia, Darren Hayes, former lead singer of Aussie group Savage Garden, will take his Time Machine Tour to the more intimate setting of select Borders bookstores on his U.S. trek in November and December.

The Time Machine concept was taken from excerpts of his new solo album, This Delicate Thing We’ve Made, which explores the idea of time travel taking bits and pieces of what is good and bad about the past and putting into practice in the present and future.

During his cross-country tour, Hayes will make his first South Florida appearance as a special guest at The 23rd Annual White Party at Vizcaya, the HIV/AIDS fundraiser that benefits Care Resource, Florida’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDS provider. Joining Hayes as the entertainment will be Cyndi Lauper.

During his trek across America, Hayes will also stop at various radio stations for on-air interviews and acoustic lounges.
