The Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds Tour has been extended through the end of January, adding 14 dates to what has been one of 2007 most popular and most controversial tours. The new dates start Jan.11 in Detroit, MI and end Jan. 31 in Miami, FL, consisting of stops in 12 cities with multiple nights in Las Vegas and Orlando, FL.

For weeks leading up to and during the current 55-date tour that began in mid-October, outraged parents and children have lashed out at organizers, ticket brokers and others over a lack of tickets and exorbitant prices for the ones that were available.

Lawsuits were filed over the ticket controversy, helping to prompt organizers to release 45,000 additional tickets to those shut out fans.
