“Ticketmaster Appoints Brian Regan Chief Financial Officer”

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (PRNewswire) June 10, 2008 – Ticketmaster today announced the appointment of Brian Regan to executive vice president and chief financial officer effective June 9, 2008.

Mr. Regan joins Ticketmaster from Expedia, where he most recently served as senior vice president of Finance responsible for financial operations of its North American businesses, including Expedia.com, Hotels.com, and Hotwire.com.

Mr. Regan joined Expedia in 2004 from LendingTree, where he led a variety of financial roles during his tenure, including controller, financial planning and investor relations, from start-up through its initial public offering and eventual acquisition by IAC/InterActiveCorp.

Mr. Regan was an auditor and consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in its banking and securities industry practice in NY and Charlotte, NC.

Mr. Regan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bucknell University. Susan Bracey, the previous chief financial officer, resigned to pursue other opportunities after eight years with the company.
