This fall, when rock band Lotus embarks on what they say will be the biggest, most ambitious tour they have undertaken, they will also be offering fans an ambitious ticketing option.
On eight West Coast shows beginning October 6 at the Roxy Hollywood, CA, and finishing up October 14 at Murray Theater in Salt Lake City, UT, the band is offering a pay-what-you-want ticket price option.
Fans can purchase tickets from $1 to $20. TicketWeb is sponsoring these eight shows, which include opening act Break Science featuring Adam Deitch.
For ticket purchases of $15 or more on the pay-what-you-want segment of the tour, Lotus is offering fans a free digital download of their two new EPs “Feather on Woods” and “Oil on Glass,” both dropping on October 6.
The band’s 35-date, 37-show tour begins with two nights at New York’s Mercury Lounge on September 18-19 and ends in the city on November 27 at Terminal 5.
In addition to Break Science featuring Adam Deitch, other opening acts include the Egg, Big in Japan and Big Gigantic.
