The Miami Heat, facing a grim financial picture, is planning to cut the pay of members of its front office and coaching staffs, according to ESPN and the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Included among those taking pay cuts are team president Pat Riley and head coach Erik Spoelstra. The move marks the second round of pay cuts for the basketball team in the past six years, and in the spring, the team also laid off 20 front office employees.
