Fans of the musical sitcom phenomenon “Glee” will get a double dose of their favorite fictional glee club this spring.

FOX begins airing new episodes of the hit comedy-drama on April 13, but the show’s signature songs will also get the full-concert treatment during the national tour, Glee Live! In Concert! The show’s cast will visit four U.S. cities over the course of two weeks, beginning with a solitary May 18 event at Dodge Theatre in Phoenix, AZ.

After opening night, the remaining calendar consists of two night stands on May 20-21 at Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, CA; May 25-26 at Rosemont Theatre in Chicago, IL; and May 28-29 at Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY.

About a dozen “Glee” cast members (though none of the adult characters) will participate in the tour, performing cover songs from the show’s on-going first season, like Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin'” and Queen’s “Somebody to Love.”

“The response of the fans to our little show has been so immediate and so gratifying, we wanted to get out and thank them live and in person,” the show’s co-creator Ryan Murphy said in a statement about the tour.

Murphy continued, “And what show lends itself more to a concert than ‘Glee?’ We can’t wait to take this show on the road and the actors couldn’t be more excited to perform live for audiences in these four cities.”

Ticket presales begin this Friday, March 5, exclusively for American Express cardholders. Public onsales start on March 13 in the tour’s Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City markets, and later on March 18 in Phoenix.
