Live Nation is being sued by the Murat Temple Association, a Shriners’ group, for alleged breach of contract for renaming a theater in Indianapolis, IN it operates to the Old National Centre. Live Nation recently sold the naming rights to the theater, formerly known as the Murat Theatre, to Old National Bank, according to IndyStar.com, but the association believes that Live Nation did not have the right to do that. In a statement, Live Nation refutes the claims and stresses that it had the right to change the name under certain circumstances.
