PRESS RELEASE: “AudienceView Ticketing joins the TouchNet® Ready Partner Program”

TORONTO, Ontario, Canada (AudienceView Ticketing) July 5, 2011 – AudienceView Ticketing, a leading provider of advanced and flexible ticketing services to venues and sports organizations worldwide, is pleased to announce that the company has successfully satisfied the Touchnet Validation requirements and is now classified as ‘TouchNet Ready’. As a member of the TouchNet Ready Partner Program, AudienceView seamlessly integrates with TouchNet U.Commerce, a commerce management and secure payment solution for the higher education market that is used by more than 700 colleges and universities.

The ‘TouchNet Ready’ classification verifies that the AudienceView interface meets the stringent security demands set forth by TouchNet because all campus wide transactions travel through their PCI DSS and PA-DSS-compliant channel.

“AudienceView takes the security of confidential data very seriously,” said Kevin Kimsa, President and Chief Executive Officer at AudienceView Ticketing. “Our higher education clients trust us with their customers’ most precious data, their personal credit card information, and we’ve made the security of that data our chief concern. Without data security for our clients and their customers, none of our ticketing or fundraising technology matters.”

AudienceView renewed its own PCI DSS certificate for another year in September 2010. The certificate is issued by the internationally-recognized PCI Security Standards Council.

The partnership with TouchNet is further proof of AudienceView’s commitment to the higher education market in the United States because it strengthens the product by allowing colleges and universities to seamlessly integrate the full suite of ticketing and fundraising technology across their entire campus.

AudienceView’s roster of clients utilizing the AV suite of ticketing & fundraising technology includes the University of Minnesota, Harvard University, Dartmouth University, Michigan Tech University, Northern Michigan University and the Los Rios Community College District, among others.
