Coachella, Van Halen tickets on sale this weekend 

Rockers Van Halen have several upcoming concert dates on sale throughout the weekend ending January 16 after recently announcing that they are working on their first album in over 14 years.

The band, who has been a fixture of the rock music scene for more than three decades, announced this past December that they would be embarking on a tour in 2012 to promote their latest album “A Different Kind of Truth.” Having reunited with their original lead singer David Lee Roth, the first single from the album was released for radio play this past week. Tickets are on sale this weekend for shows in Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, New York City, and Philadelphia.

Also among this weekend’s onsales are tickets to the annual Coachella Festival. To be held in April over two weekends, the California concert is among one of the most popular music festivals in the United States. This year’s recently announced line-up includes performances from Radiohead, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, David Guetta, and Bon Iver. Tickets are on sale today.

On sale this Saturday are tickets to multiple Houston Livestock and Rodeo concerts. Among the artists with concerts on sale are ZZ Top, Blake Sheldon, The Band Perry, Train, and Lady Antebellum.

Finally, tickets for several upcoming concerts from The Black Keys are on sale throughout the weekend. The American rock duo, who have been performing together for ten years, have sold over two million albums in the U.S. The band continues to rise in popularity with tickets to their Madison Square Garden concert selling out in 15 minutes last year. Tickets to their concerts in Vancouver, Oakland, and Minneapolis are on sale this weekend.
