PrimeSport, a leader in providing access to some of the biggest events in sports, offering tickets, corporate and fan travel packages, and hospitality events, recently announced a partnership with the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). As a result, PrimeSport will create and manage the Official ACC Ticket Exchange and Official ACC VIP Pregame Hospitality offers for the Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game and ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament.

According to a recent press release, the partnership, created out of demand for the ACC events, will bring fans the ultimate VIP experience for each of the games, and will provide them with a secure and approved marketplace to purchase tickets. The Official Pregame Hospitality will take place prior to each event and may include an open beer and wine bar, Carolina BBQ-themed food stations, and the chance to mingle with ACC players and coaches, according to Greg Nortman, COO of PrimeSport. Fans will also have the ability to post tickets for sale on an official exchange site in the event they are unable to attend the game.

“PrimeSport is the leader in providing direct access to the biggest events in the country and this partnership with the ACC extends our reach towards the top football conference championship and conference basketball tournament in the country,” said Nortman in a recent email to TicketNews. “Now ACC fans can attend the ACC Football Championship and Men’s Basketball Tournament as they never have before — either by buying and selling on a safe and secure Ticket Exchange or by attending the VIP hospitality event.”

The 2012 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game, which pairs the Atlantic Division Champion against the Coastal Division Champion, will be held in Charlotte, N.C. at the Bank of America Stadium. The 60th Annual ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament will take place March 14-17, 2013 at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C. and showcases national powerhouse basketball programs.
