The ticketing company, Brown Paper Tickets has found a unique way to thank active members of the U.S. military, veterans, and their families. The company has created a crowdfunding program called “Brown Paper Tickets Salutes” which gives anyone the ability to donate event tickets to men and women in the U.S. armed services. Since last July 4th, the company has helped give these brave men and woman more than 21,000 tickets as a way of thanking them for their service to the United States. The program works in conjunction with the Veteran Tickets Foundation and allows any person who is creating event registration and ticketing through Brown Paper Tickets to donate event tickets to veterans with a single click. The program also allows ticket buyers the option of purchasing extra tickets just to donate to members of the U.S. military. Military personnel and veterans can then browse through all of the events offered through the Brown Paper Tickets Salutes website and sign-up to receive whatever tickets they choose. All tickets offered are completely free and this service is a great way to thank members of the military for all they have done.
