Indie-rockers of The Growlers are heading out on tour this summer across North America, following the release of new music.

The outing is set to kick-off on July 17 in Phoenix, Arizona, followed by gigs in cities like Denver, Albany, Charlotte, and Baton Rouge. They’ll wrap-up with a three-day run in Texas, stopping in Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas early August. Along the way, The Growlers are set to make a debut appearance at a variety of venues, like New York’s Stone Pony, Cleveland’s Agora Theatre, and CrossroadsKC in Kansas City. The Flaming Lips will join them at a show in Ogden, Utah mid-July.

In 2018, the group dropped the LP Casual Acquaintances, which followed 2016’s City Club. They are best-known for up-beat, groovy tracks like “Dope on a Rope,” “Night Ride,” and “Wish You Were Made” from City Club, as well as “Going Gets Tough” from 2014’s Chinese Foundation. Late last year, they released the single “Who Loves the Scum?”

Check out their full list of tour dates below, which also includes an appearance at UK’s Green Man Festival in Brecon Beacons following the North American trek.
