
Billy Idol Announces 2025 Tour with Joan Jett
“White Wedding” rock icon Billy Idol is hitting the road this year with fellow rock legend Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
The trek, dubbed “It’s a Nice Day to…Tour Again!”, will kick-off on April 30 in Phoenix at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater. From there, they’ll appear in Fort Worth, Charlotte, Nashville, Cincinnati, and Toronto. The second leg of the tour will pick-up again in August, where the pair will appear at venues like the New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Morrison’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, and Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena before wrapping-up at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles on September 25.
Presale tickets head on sale Thursday, January 23 at 9 a.m. local time with the code OCTAVE, followed by a general on sale Friday, January 24 at 9 a.m. local time here. Fans can also score resale tickets via Ticket Club (use code TICKETNEWS for a free, one-year membership).
The English punk star first rose to fame in London as lead singer of the group Generation X. He then embarked on a successful solo career, arriving in the states during the “Second British Invasion,” garnering attention with mass hits like “Rebel Yell,” “Mony Mony,” “Sweet Sixteen,” and “To Be a Lover.” He last released Kings & Queens of the Underground in 2014.
