The 39th annual Bumbershoot Music & Arts Festival, set for September 5-7 in Seattle, WA, is offering an “insider deal”: a limited edition three-day pass to the 2009 festival for only $60. This specially priced ticket is available while supplies last, exclusively to BumberFan club members. Membership is free and available online.

“While many national festivals offer weekend passes starting at $150 (and upwards of over $250), we’re thrilled to offer Bumbershoot fans a $60 weekend pass for the third year running,” said Michele Scoleri, Bumbershoot’s executive director, in a statement. “This annual offer is a great opportunity for the festival’s super-fans to save and plan for their entertainment in the coming year. Given the talent the festival attracts, the pass price would be a steal for a single day, let alone an entire weekend.”

Like the Bonnarroo Music and Arts Festival to be held June 11-14 in Manchester, TN, the artist lineup has not been released even though tickets are on pre-sale. The second Lollapalooza festival sold out in advance without advertising an act back in 1992.

Last year’s Bumbershoot festival featured Beck, Stone Temple Pilots, Lucinda Williams, Jakob Dylan, and Neko Case, among many others.
