The Eagles will continue on the “Long Road” through the New Year with 12 recently added concerts in the Southeast. The 2009 leg of the classic band’s trek kicks off January 12 at Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, VA, and continues through January 31 at Amway Arena in Orlando, FL.

Other scheduled stops include a January 16 concert at North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston, SC, and a January 23 gig at New Orleans Arena in New Orleans. Public on-sales for the new January shows begin today (November 14) through November 21, depending on the venue.

Primary ticket giant Ticketmaster Entertainment recently introduced a “no fee” ticket policy that eliminates additional service fees by using an all-in pricing format for the Eagles’ January 17 concert in North Carolina. Ticketmaster later extended that policy to all future on-sale dates for the Eagles’ winter tour. However, there is still a shipping fee for fans who do not utilize the company’s print-at-home ticket option.

The classic rockers have been touring the U.S. since May to support their first studio album in 28 years, “Long Road Out of Eden.” Nine shows remain on the current tour leg, which continues tomorrow (November 15) at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX, and wraps on December 1 with a rescheduled concert at Toyota Center in Houston, TX.
