Janet Jackson, who launched her first world tour in seven years on September 10 in Vancouver, BC, recently postponed her September 27 concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, MI, due to “production constraints.”

The rescheduled date is October 28, which is also the end date of her North American leg. Original tickets for the postponed show will be honored at the rescheduled concert.

Jackson has also added two additional dates: October 24 at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO, and October 26 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, OK. Hip-hop and rap pioneer LL Cool J is supporting Jackson on North American dates.

Jackson’s Rock Witchu Tour is supporting her 10th studio album, “Discipline,” which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard‘s albums chart but quickly dropped off the pop music radar.

Jackson just cut ties from her record label Def Jam after the two parties conflicted over the promotion of the under-performing “Discipline,” which has sold only 415,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
