Up-and-coming folkster Joshua Radin will stake his claim on the roads this fall with a new two-leg tour of the United States and Canada.

The singer-songwriter kicks off his late-year run on September 9 at NorVa in Norfolk, VA, and concludes his first round of performances at the end of the month, on September 26 at High Noon Saloon in Madison, WI. Radin’s next batch of national concerts picks up October 28 at Henry Fonda Theater in Los Angeles, CA, and concludes November 22 at the House of Blues in Boston, MA.

Other highlights on the coast-to-coast itinerary include stops on September 24 at the House of Blues in Chicago, IL; November 5 at Bluebird Theater in Denver, CO; and November 19 at Webster Hall in New York, NY.

In full, the musician will visit more than 30 markets across the country, as well as a couple cities in Canada. His concerts north of the border are booked for September 15 at La Tulipe in Montreal, QC, and September 16 at Opera House Concert Venue in Toronto, ON.

Radin is still promoting his sophomore album, “Simple Times,” which dropped in September 2008. The record earned Radin his first ever spot on the Billboard 200 with its No. 34 debut. The effort also peaked at No. 2 on the Independent and Digital album charts and No. 10 on the Rock Albums chart.

The 35-year-old musician made his debut just three years ago with 2006’s “We Were Here,” which peaked at No. 34 on Billboard‘s Top Heatseekers listing. Since launching his musical career, Radin has received a couple big boosts to his popularity with endorsements from actor Zach Braff and comedienne Ellen DeGeneres.
