As the kick-off of her North American tour nears, Beyoncé tickets are bound to be a hot item among fans hoping to catch the R&B vocalist live. But for potential ticket buyers hit hard by the economy or working with a tight budget, catching one of the summer’s must-see concerts doesn’t necessarily mean breaking the bank.

During the initial round of on-sales late in April, a limited number of Beyoncé tickets were sold for just $20 a piece. The remaining allotment of low-cost tickets will become available in a final round of sales beginning May 29.

Each venue on the North American leg of the I AM… World Tour will have 1,000 cheap tickets up for grabs in the Friday on-sales. As previously reported, a total of 2,000 seats per venue were set aside with the special $20 price tag. Face values for the tour ranged from venue to venue, but generally fell within the $69 to $175 range.

As with the initial round of on-sales, 18 concert dates will be included in the weekend on-sales, excluding Beyoncé’s four-night, tour closing engagement at the Encore Theatre at the Wynn in Las Vegas, NV. Tickets for the brief residency, which runs from July 30 through August 2, are being sold separately.

The national tour launches June 21 at Madison Square Garden Arena in New York, NY. Beyoncé is currently on tour in Europe and will take the stage next for a May 29 show at The O2 in Dublin, Ireland, before wrapping that portion of her world tour on May 31 at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
