Singer Natalie Cole was forced to cancel a string of concerts earlier this year due to complications in her treatment for Hepatitis C. But as she continues on the road to recovery, the preeminent performer has a handful of upcoming concerts, as well as a February run of shows.

Cole begins a seven-show Southern U.S. jaunt on February 13 at Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, FL, and wraps the run February 21 at Cumberland County Civic Center in Fayetteville, NC. The singer also has two dates booked for mid-January, first performing at Spotlight 29 in Coachella, CA, on January 10, followed by a concert at Star of the Desert Arena in Primm, NV, on January 16.

The daughter of iconic American singer Nat King Cole was initially scheduled to complete an 11-date run of the U.S. in October. However, after experiencing complications in her recovery process in September, Cole decided to delay her tour plans in order to focus on her health. Those original performance dates were never rescheduled.

“It was horrible,” Cole said on her Web site about the initial treatment process for Hepatitis C. “I lost my appetite, lost my hair, and lost 15 pounds almost immediately (and I was already pretty thin).”

Despite the health issues that arose this year, Cole has stated that she looks forward to promoting her latest album, “Still Unforgettable,” on the road. “I still love recording and still love the stage, but like my Dad, I have the most fun when I am in front of that glorious orchestra or that kick-butt Big Band,” she explained on her site.
