Opened prior to the 2009 season, Citi Field is the new home of Major League Baseball’s New York Mets. Replacing the old Shea Stadium, Citi Field will go a long way to helping fans forget their former stadium which was known by many as the worst in baseball. With seating capacity of more than 42,000, the new ballpark offers some great new features for fans.

When they enter the park they will experience the new Jackie Robinson Rotunda which pays tribute to the man who broke baseball’s color barrier.
