London, UK – October 4, 2017- Transparent social marketplace app, Vibe Tickets has boosted its London-based team with three new appointments from within the industry.

Following the recent opening of its first London office and the announcement of the company’s £1.7m investment to date, Vibe has now appointed two senior business development managers and a senior social strategist with a focus on strengthening the company’s business alliances and boosting user engagement.

Steph Maxwell and Daniel Gould join Vibe with over 13 years’ combined experience working within the live entertainment sector, having previously worked for the likes of Ticketmaster and Sky Tickets in both the UK and European markets. As senior business development managers, both Steph and Daniel will work together building out the commercial plan, creating strategic partnerships and driving the product forward.

Chelsea Sargautis has also been appointed as senior social strategist, bringing with her over eight years’ experience in social marketing for the entertainment industry. Previous positions include content producer at digital agency, Wunderman UK, as well as social marketing manager at Nickleodeon, MTV and E! Canada. In her new role, Chelsea will be responsible for boosting engagement with and expanding the company’s current user base across all of its social channels.

Since inception in 2013, the disruptive marketplace app has revolutionised the way people buy and sell tickets for live events and share their experiences. Vibe is unique in that it allows fans to connect via its trusted, transparent and dynamic platform and has grown a following of 70,000 users. The company is currently looking to raise a further £2m investment, which would value the app at £10m.
