New York State Senate Unanimously Approves Ticket Bill
The New York State Senate unanimously approved a bill removing the ticket markup caps in New York state. Gov. Eliot Spitzer has tentatively indicated . . . he will sign the bill into law. The law also gives all ticket holders the legal right to resell their tickets.
