Have you ever wanted to feel what it would be like to be a nominee or invited music industry exec at the American Music Awards? Now you can at the 2007 American Music Awards, Nov. 18 at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

For the first time, Dick Clark Productions and AEG have created special ticket packages that will be available to a limited number of ticket buyers. Several ticketing options are available. The Platinum Package includes 10 premium tickets and access to the in-show VIP lounge, American Music Awards VIP post party and swag as well as a special limousine package, which includes access to and drop off at the red carpet. The Gold Package includes eight orchestra level tickets and access to the American Music Awards VIP post party, gift bags and special limousine access and parking.

Additional information about these packages, as well as group ticket purchase options can be obtained by calling 1-877-AEG-Tickets (1-877-234-8425). A limited number of individual tickets will be available through Ticketmaster at a later date.

Comedian Jimmy Kimmel returns to host the AMA telecast on ABC. “I am thrilled to return as host of the 2007 American Music Awards,” Kimmel said in a statement. “This is my fourth time hosting. My intent is to break Glen Campbell’s all-time record of five…and his hip.”
