Ticket Fiasco is the Internet’s Fault

If frustrated Elton John and Hannah Montana fans can check their rage for a few minutes, Russ Lindmark will now conduct a class in Concert Tickets 101.

Lindmark owns KC’s premier aftermarket ticket company, Ticket Solutions. He started in 1992, running classified ads in The Kansas City Star and buying and selling Chiefs tickets out of his car. He now operates out of an office on College Boulevard in Overland Park.

Today’s topic, students: the lightning-quick John and Montana sellouts at Sprint Center, and how the big bad ticket brokers get all those good seats.
